Nepal!!!

Have you ever thought the cheap phone makers like lenovo , xiaomi and even motorola aren't here in Nepal to sell their smartphones .

They make very affordable smartphones which are cheap and are meant for the developing countries like ours but still we aren't able to use those smartphones in our country. They are pretty much famous in Europe as well, so we can expect really good quality smartphones from them but still here we have to buy low quality smartphones from the Indian companies. There are many reasons to look but here are few of them that really take such phone makers away from our country:

1. Population and people using smartphones:

Its one of the biggest reason for the smartphone makers to decide weather or not to enter the market of that country. Here in Nepal the  number of smartphone are increasing, but its increasing too slowly.Still we have many rural areas where people don't use their phones as the means of communication..And there are some areas where people do use their phone but only for making calls and other minimal stuff..And there are those areas where people use phones (smartphones). And comparing these areas as a whole the area where people use smartphones are quite low.So these company don't find any good reason to launch device in such country. So the mass using smartphones really do matter.

2. Internet services:

You might be thinking what this has to do with the smartphone makers .They just make the smartphone, what with the internet stuff.Yeah, you are quite right in some extent but it really do affect indirectly.Smartphones are called smart as they are use to do many more tasks than just pick up the calls. And most of the stuffs to be done in such phone do need the internet service. The more the internet services develops ,the cheaper it gets and to use them to full potential portable devices like the mobiles phones do come handy.Who like to take a 15" laptop and surf the internet so mobile phones make that much easier to use them..The more the user the more interest it creates the phone makers to launch their devices.

3. Telecommunication:

I actually don't know how it affects but telecommunications like NTC do hinder the incoming of the smartphones as they have to pay certain amount of money to it .And its quite high here in Nepal.

So here are my top 3 lists.Though we have got Indian companies and few Chinese smartphones makers we still lag behind using the technology. We aren't getting smartwatches ,virtual reality devices and so on .And the smartphones released by the companies here are pricier to many people.
                                              ****THANKS*****
